Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for producing a lubricant composition with the addition of solid lubricants, in particular carbon nanoparticles - graphene, which is characterized in that first an oil base is prepared; the oil base is heated to a temperature of 20 - 60 degrees C; carbon nanoparticles are added, mixed and dispersed; a lubricant composition is produced based on a previously processed oil base by performing the following steps: saponification in a reactor and formation of a base grease, which is then heated to a temperature of 60 degrees C to 200 degrees C and oil with nanoparticles is added; automatic cooling of the reactor together with the lubricant; mechanical homogenization; automatic cooling; wherein the oil base with dispersed carbon nanoparticles constitutes from 0.01% to 10% by weight of the base grease.
