Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for producing sandwich panels and a sandwich panel produced using this method, intended for use in road construction, public buildings, or special-purpose buildings. The sandwich panel production process is as follows: a first outer layer, constituting the first outer cladding, is laid in a metal mold placed on a vibrating table at ambient temperature, preferably above 10°C. This layer is produced by mixing a chemically hardened resin with a filler in the form of metallurgical waste from the smelting of non-ferrous and ferrous metals with a high content of iron oxides, lead oxides, zinc oxides, potassium, sodium, and arsenic in a ratio of 25% resin to 75% filler, with a filler grain size of 0-10 mm. This mixture is then vibrated until a flat, horizontal surface is obtained, and the middle layer is laid on this flat, horizontal surface. The middle layer is produced at a separate station by pressing smelter slag from primary production and secondary production from the stockpile on a rolling mill or press with a pressure of 10 kgf / cm². Smelter slag from lead, zinc, nickel, and gold smelting is used and pressed at a temperature of 1000±50°C. The resulting plate is cooled to ambient temperature. Typically, the middle layer is 160 mm thick, and the plate is pressed to this thickness. In the next step, a second outer layer is laid on top of the laid plate, constituting the second outer cladding, which is produced in the same manner as the first outer layer.
