Vibration exciter

Abstract

The vibration exciter contains a tank (6) with fluid, a supply pipe (10), a valve (7), two motors (1), two encoders, a controller, two shafts (4), and a bidirectional pump (8). The right shaft (4a) is connected to the right motor (1a), and the left shaft (4b) is connected to the left motor (1b). The valve (7) is a three-way valve. The tank (6) is connected to the pump (8) via a first line (9), and the pump (8) is connected, via a supply pipe (10), to a three-way valve (7), which is also connected to the two second lines (11). Each of the second lines (11) is connected to one of the two third lines, with the right second line (11a) being connected to the right third line and the left second line (11b) being connected to the left third line, and furthermore the right third line is inside the right shaft (4a) and the left third line is inside the left shaft (4b). The journal of each shaft (4) has a vent hole.The controller is connected to encoders, motors (1), shafts (4), valve (7) and pump (8).
