Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of producing a biopreparation with increased antifungal activity from yeasts of the Metschnikowia pulcherrima clade, by culturing these yeasts on a medium containing 0.3% w / v (NH4)2SO4, 0.1% w / v KH2PO4, 0.05% w / v MgSO4x7H2O, 0.05% w / v yeast extract or autolysate, glucose and water up to 100% w / v, which is characterized in that it uses a culture medium containing 0.01% w / v glucose and furthermore containing waste plant biomass. The medium is sterilized at 121°C for 30 minutes, and after cooling, it is inoculated with a suspension of the yeast Metschnikowia pulcherrima at 2%-5% v / v of the medium. The culture is shaken at 20°C-25°C for up to 7 days. After the cultivation is completed, the solids are centrifuged from the biopreparation in the form of a post-culture liquid. Dried sugar beet leaves or dried parts of sunflower stems are preferably used as waste plant biomass.
