A mixer, particularly for mixing liquid substances of different viscosities and liquids with complex rheological properties, comprising a tank, a mixer shaft, and a hub connected to blades, characterized in that it has at least one mixer having an even number of mixing blades (1) arranged symmetrically relative to each other around the circumference of the hub (2). A single mixing blade (1) has a first arm and a second arm forming an L-shape, wherein the first arm is attached to the hub (2) at a 90-degree angle and is shorter relative to the second arm, and the second arm is inclined and has a rounded edge with a curvature defined by an ellipse with a dimension ratio of 1 / 2. The second arm of each mixing blade (1) is directed alternately upwards or downwards relative to each other.
