Abstract
The subject of the application are disposable 3D molds made of transfer material, intended for simultaneous forming and decorating of resin and / or composite castings and a method for their production. Disposable 3D molds are characterized in that they consist of at least the following layers: base layer (1) - made of a plastic foil with a thickness of preferably 50 - 1000 µm, susceptible to thermoforming and enabling easy removal after the casting (5) has hardened, transfer layer (2) - with a thickness of preferably 10 - 300 µm, made of resin composites, temporarily connected to the base layer (1) and separating from it after the casting (5) has hardened, enabling simultaneous forming and transfer of a graphic pattern to the surface of a resin and / or composite casting or other polymer mixture, including foamed polyurethanes, decorative layer (3) - applied by screen printing, digital printing, flexographic printing or other known printing technology, containing patterns imitating wood, stone or name graphic elements, protective and bonding layer (4) - made of resins and / or polymer composites, optionally with the addition of nanoparticles, resistant to UV radiation and atmospheric factors, ensuring a permanent connection between the transfer layer (2) and the cast (5), cast (5) - made of resins / composites or other polymer mixtures, including foamed polyurethanes.,
