Abstract

The subject of the application is a remote control unit for an outboard motor of a vessel, applicable for maneuvering vessels, especially those intended for disabled persons. A remote control unit for an outboard motor of a vessel, in which the engine block is mounted in a base extending from the bottom into a leg so that the drive shaft is placed vertically in said leg and terminates in a foot with a mechanical transmission with a horizontally directed propeller, the engine being closed with a cover provided with a fuel tank or having a fuel line, while a transom mount is attached to the column for mounting the engine, especially at the stern of the boat, the engine having an integrated gearbox, the axially movable column with an axially mounted drive shaft is movably mounted from above in a bearing located in the engine base, characterized in that the electronic controller of the boat maneuvering systems,the microcomputer (16) is powered by a battery (17) and is connected to the direction control servo (20) mounted at the leg of the engine and is connected to the engine speed control servo (21) mounted at the throttle and is connected to the gear shift control servo switch lever (22), wherein the microcomputer (16) is equipped with a radio transceiver (23) paired with a remote control (24) provided with switches controlling the operation of the direction control servo (20) and the engine speed control servo (21) and the gear shift control servo (22).,
