Abstract

The subject of the application is the use of quaternary ammonium salts containing a 1-alkyl-3-carbamoylpyridinium cation and a 4-aminobenzoate anion of the general formula 1, where R is an unbranched alkyl chain with saturated bonds containing from 6 to 12 carbon atoms as anti-inflammatory substances with improved permeability, preferably in a concentration of at least 0.00001% in the form of a solution, emulsion or ointment.
