Composite steel-concrete ceiling

Abstract

The subject of the application is a composite steel-concrete floor which consists of two thin-walled channel sections (1) arranged in a mirror image to each other, connected by connectors (2) mounted in the holes (11) of the vertical fourth shelves (10) of the channel sections (1), wherein the channels have a shape similar to the letter C with four shelves, wherein the first shelf (7) and the third shelf (9) are parallel to each other, and the first shelf (7) has a length not greater than ½ of the height of the second shelf (8) and is directed towards the interior of the floor, the second shelf (8) is perpendicular to the first shelf (7) and the third shelf (9), and the fourth shelf (10) is perpendicular to the third shelf (9) of the channel section and is directed towards the interior of the floor, wherein the space between the Z-sections is filled with concrete (6) simultaneously with the concreting of the floor slab, and in the upper part of the second shelves (8) of the channel section there are side holes (12), in which a screw (3) is mounted parallel to the third shelf (9) of the channel (1).
