Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a suspension device for suspending a piece of furniture on a wall according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] Suspension devices of this type are known, for example, from EP 1 362 531 A1 and EP 3 111 802 D1.
[0003] Such suspension devices essentially consist of a suspension element, such as a hook or hook strip, and an adjustable support unit on which or into which the suspension element engages.
[0004] In the first-mentioned document, the suspension element, designed as a hook, is specified on a rear wall of the furniture, and the adjustable support unit is specified on a wall, in particular on a building wall.
[0005] In the second printed publication, the adjustable support unit, equipped with a hook, is attached to a piece of furniture to be hung, with the hook being hooked onto a horizontally extending support rail attached to the wall.
[0006] The adjustable support unit typically has two adjustment devices, with a first adjustment unit serving to adjust the furniture relative to the wall in its vertical orientation, while the second adjustment unit serving to adjust the distance between the back of the furniture and the wall.
[0007] This is particularly helpful during the hanging process of the furniture, where the back of the furniture should not touch the wall during alignment by adjusting the adjustment units, in order to prevent scratches on the wall or the back of the furniture.
[0008] The known suspension devices have proven their worth in practice.
[0009] The object of the present invention is to further develop a generic hanging device for hanging a piece of furniture on a wall in such a way that the protection against unintentional lifting of the hooks from the support unit is further simplified.
[0010] The problem is solved by a suspension device for suspending a piece of furniture on a wall with the features of claim 1.
[0011] The suspension device according to the invention has a wall bracket that can be attached to the wall and a body hook that can be fixed to the furniture wall of the furniture.
[0012] A support unit is arranged on the wall bracket.
[0013] The carrying unit has a hook receptacle into which the body hook can be inserted.
[0014] The support unit further comprises a first adjustment device with an adjusting screw for adjusting the hook receptacle in a vertical direction and a second adjustment device for adjusting a distance of the hook receptacle from the wall bearing in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction.
[0015] Furthermore, the carrying unit has a locking element to prevent the carrying unit from unintentionally detaching from the body hook.
[0016] The support unit further features an adjustment strip that can be pivoted on the wall bearing and a slider that can be moved along the adjustment strip.
[0017] The locking element is held directly or indirectly by a spring elasticity on the slider and, when the body hook is engaged, forms a form-fit and / or friction-fit connection with it.
[0018] With such a suspension device designed according to the invention, it is possible to easily hang up the hook while at the same time securing it against unintentional detachment of the hook from the slider.
[0019] Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
[0020] According to an advantageous embodiment, the locking element is secured to a retaining element that holds the adjusting screw of the second adjustment device. The retaining element itself is secured to the slide.
[0021] The locking element is preferably positively locked to the retaining element, which ensures easy assembly of the locking element on the retaining element.
[0022] According to another design variant, the locking element is a spring-loaded sheet metal element, whereby the spring elasticity of the locking element is provided without additional means.
[0023] According to an advantageous development, the securing element has at least one cutting edge which, when the body hook is suspended in the hook receptacle of the slider, forms a frictional connection pressed against a surface of the body hook, which means that a predetermined disassembly force must be overcome for disassembly.
[0024] In an alternative preferred embodiment, an undercut is formed on the securing element, to which a locking lug formed on the body hook is locked when the body hook is suspended.
[0025] In this design variant, too, a predetermined disassembly force must be overcome to disassemble the body hook from the slider in order to push the body hook out of engagement with the undercut of the securing element.
[0026] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the first adjusting device is designed as a bevel gear, with an adjusting wheel received in a bearing receptacle of a base surface of the slide, the adjusting screw held in a sliding-resistant but rotatable manner and a holding web fixed to the adjusting bar with a threaded bore in which a threaded section of the adjusting screw is received.
[0027] This allows for a simple vertical displacement of the slider relative to the adjustment bar and thus also relative to the wall bearing by turning the adjusting wheel.
[0028] According to another preferred embodiment, the adjusting screw of the second adjusting device is fixedly mounted with a threaded section in a threaded bore of the retaining element held on the slide, wherein a rotational movement of the adjusting screw causes the retaining element and the slide to pivot.
[0029] A head of this adjusting screw is held tiltably in an undercut elongated hole of the wall bearing, wherein an end of the adjusting screw facing away from the head has a tool receptacle for adjusting the adjusting screw, which is accessible through an opening in the base surface of the slide.
[0030] The accessibility of the tool holder of the adjusting screw allows both the first and second adjustment devices to be easily fine-tuned from the same side after the furniture has been hung.
[0031] According to a further advantageous embodiment, a U-shaped bend encompassing a portion of the retaining element is formed at an end of a bearing area of the locking element near the slide, thereby ensuring a positive locking connection of the locking element to the retaining element in a simple manner.
[0032] According to a further alternative embodiment, at least one tongue extending in the direction of the adjusting strip into an opening of the holding element of the second adjusting device is formed on the securing element.
[0033] This solution also ensures reliable mounting of the securing element on the holding element.
[0034] According to a further advantageous embodiment, an elongated hole is formed on the base plate of the wall bearing in a symmetrical arrangement on the left and right sides, on which the support unit can be arranged.
[0035] Due to its symmetrical geometry, the wall bearing can be used as both a left-hand and right-hand part.
[0036] Preferred embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. They show: Fig. 1 a schematic, isometric view of a wall-mounted piece of furniture, Fig. 2 a schematic, isometric view of the wall-mounted piece of furniture with the top and back panels hidden to illustrate a suspension device from an alternative perspective, Fig. 3 a side section view of the wall-mounted piece of furniture with the suspension device, Fig. 4 a schematic, isometric representation of two wall-mounted suspension devices, Figs. 5 and 6 respective isometric individual views of an embodiment of a suspension device according to the invention (suspension on a left and right side panel of the furniture), Fig. 7 a symmetrical exploded view of an embodiment of the suspension device, Fig. 8 a schematic, isometric view of a first embodiment of a securing element, Fig.9a front view of a body hook without locking lug and the support unit arranged on it in a sectional view, Fig. 10an isometric view of the wall bearing with the adjustment bar attached to it and the securing element attached to the holding element with the slider hidden, Fig. 11one of the . [0037] In the following figure descriptions, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the suspension device, wall bracket, furniture, adjustment mechanisms, adjustment strip, slider, and the like as chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood restrictively; that is, these references may change due to different working positions, mirror-symmetrical design, or similar factors.
[0038] In the Figures 1 to 3 Reference numeral 1 designates a variant embodiment of a suspension device according to the invention.
[0039] The suspension device 1 serves, as shown in the Figures 1-3is shown, the suspension of a piece of furniture 9 on a wall 10. The piece of furniture 9 consists of side walls 91, a base, a top panel, a front cover (not shown) and a rear wall 92, on which recesses 93 and 94 are arranged to allow access to tools and components of the suspension device 1.
[0040] The suspension device 1 has, as shown in detail in the exploded view according to Figure 7 The illustration shows a wall support 2 that can be arranged on the wall 10.
[0041] The wall bracket 2, attached to wall 10, is in Figure 2 as well as in Figure 4 The wall support 2 is preferably attached to the wall 10 by means of a screw connection with several screws 11, which are inserted into the recesses provided for this purpose in the wall support 2.
[0042] The suspension device 1 also has a body hook 3 that can be fixed to the side wall 91 of the furniture 9.
[0043] The body hook 3 consists of the Figures 2 to 4 and 7 The illustrated embodiments essentially consist of a fastening plate 32 which can be fixed to the side wall 91 of the furniture 9 and which is preferably fastened in a furniture wall 91 of the furniture 9 designed as a side wall with screws 13 and expanding sleeves 12.
[0044] From the mounting plate 32 extends a bend 33, which in a first section extends approximately parallel to a rear wall 92 of the furniture 9, or approximately parallel to the wall support 2, and in a second section is bent in such a way that it is aligned perpendicularly to the wall support 2.
[0045] In the part of the bend 33 oriented perpendicular to the wall 10, a recess 31 is provided which can be inserted into a hook receptacle 52 of a support unit for fastening the furniture 9.
[0046] The support unit of the suspension device 1 has an adjustment bar 4 which is pivotably arranged relative to the wall bearing 2 about a pivot axis S extending in a direction y and a slider 5 which is slidably held on the adjustment bar 4.
[0047] In the preferred embodiment shown, the hook receptacle 52 for attaching the body hook 3 is integrally formed on the slider 5.
[0048] The support unit further comprises a first adjusting device 6 for adjusting the hook receptacle 52 in a vertical direction z and a second adjusting device 7 for adjusting a distance d of the hook receptacle 52 from the wall bearing 2 in a direction x perpendicular to the vertical direction z.
[0049] The pivoting movement of the adjusting bar 4 always results in a slight adjustment in the vertical direction when adjusting the second adjusting device 7, although this adjustment is extremely small at the pivoting angles considered.
[0050] The adjusting strip 4 has at least one fork-shaped contour 43 which engages in a recess 23 in the wall bearing 2 and forms a pivot axis S for pivoting the adjusting strip 4 relative to the wall bearing 2.
[0051] The adjusting strip 4 further has a base surface 41, an elongated hole 45, two receptacles 44 and right-angled bent edge webs 42 adjoining the base surface 41, arranged on its longitudinal sides, at the edges of which fork-shaped contours 43 are formed.
[0052] In the embodiment of the suspension device 1 shown here, the wall support 2 has a total of four such recesses 23, which are slot-shaped into a U-shaped or trapezoidal bend 22 of the wall support 2 projecting towards a base plate 21.
[0053] As in Figure 4 As shown, two such suspension devices 1 are preferably used to suspend the furniture 9, the body hooks 3 of which are fixed to the respective right and left furniture walls 91 designed as side walls.
[0054] The wall support 2 is dimensioned in its width, viewed in a direction y, such that the load transfer into the wall 10 is distributed over as wide an area as possible.
[0055] In principle, a wall bearing 2 is also conceivable which is reduced in width by about half, with correspondingly only two recesses 23 for receiving the two fork-shaped contours 43 on the edge webs 42 of the adjustment strip 4.
[0056] To prevent the body hook 3 from being accidentally released from the slider 5, there is a securing element 8, 8' which is held directly or indirectly in a spring-elastic manner on the slider 5 and forms a positive and / or frictional connection with the body hook 3 when the body hook 3 is in the suspended state.
[0057] A first embodiment of such a locking element 8 is shown in Figure 8 as a single representation and in the Figures 9 to 15 Shown in the assembled state.
[0058] An alternative embodiment of such a locking element 8' is shown in a separate illustration in Figure 19 and in the assembled state in the Figures 20 to 24 shown.
[0059] Both versions of these locking elements 8, 8' are preferably fixed to a retaining element 72 which holds the adjusting screw 71 of the second adjusting device 7.
[0060] The retaining element 72 itself is indirectly pivotable via the pivot axis S, but, preferably in the x-direction and z-direction, is held securely against sliding on the slide 5 and has a threaded bore 724 in which a threaded section of the adjusting screw 71 is received.
[0061] An end of the adjusting screw 71 facing away from the head piece 73 has a tool receptacle 74 accessible through an opening 54 in the base surface 51 of the slide 5 for adjusting the adjusting screw 71.
[0062] The retaining element 72 has a support rib 722 on which a support area 81 of the locking element 8 rests.
[0063] A U-shaped bend 83 serves to positively lock this locking element 8 to the retaining element 72, which engages the support rib 722 at an end of the bearing area 81 of the locking element 8 near the slide 5.
[0064] The locking element 8, as shown in Figure 8 As shown, a cutting edge 82 is further shown, which, when the body hook 3 is engaged, is pressed against a surface of the body hook 3 to form a friction-fit connection, as exemplified in the Figures 9 and 11 to 13 shown.
[0065] This frictional engagement of the cutting edge 82 on the surface of the body hook 3 acts as a comparison of the Figures 9 and 11 shows, even when the slide 5 is pivoted by operating the adjusting screw 71.
[0066] In the pivoted state of the slider 5, the elasticity of the securing element 8 causes an increased force to act from the cutting edge 82 onto the surface of the body hook 3, thus increasing the frictional connection between the two components.
[0067] The reliable engagement of the cutting edge 82 of the locking element 8 on the surface of the body hook 3 is in the Figures 12 and 13 shown in a magnified view.
[0068] Figure 10 shows the mounted state of the locking element 8 on the retaining element 72.
[0069] What next in the Figures 14 and 15 As shown, this first version of the design can be described in Figure 8 The locking element 8 shown can also be used for a variant of the body hook 3 in which a locking lug 34 is molded onto the body hook 3, as shown in the Figures 16 to 18 is shown.
[0070] The cutting edge 82 of the locking element 8 acts here not only as a friction-fit connection on the surface of the body hook 3, but also as an undercut which can only be overcome by the slider 5 after increased effort in order to dismantle the body hook 3.
[0071] The individual presentation in Figure 19 The alternative embodiment of such a locking element 8' shown also has a support area 81' from which a region with an undercut 82' extends vertically away from the retaining element 72, on which the locking lug 34 molded onto the body hook 3 engages when the body hook 3 is hooked in place, as shown by way of example in Figure 20 is shown.
[0072] Arms 83' extend laterally from the support area 81', extending laterally along the inner sides of flanks 723 of the retaining element 72.
[0073] As in Figure 7As shown, openings 721 are provided in the area of the transition of the flanks 723 to the threaded bore 724, through which contact surfaces 84' of the locking element 8' extend from the arms 83` in the direction of the adjusting strip 4.
[0074] Tongues 85' extend from the arms 83' to the front side of the retaining element 72 facing the slide 5, bearing against the front side of the flanks 723 and thus ensuring a positive locking connection of the locking element 8' to the retaining element 72.
[0075] The Figure 21 and 22 show the installed state of the securing element 8' on the holding element 72 of the slide 5.
[0076] The Figures 23 and 24 The figures show, in an enlarged view, the locking connection between the locking lug 34 of the body hook 3 and the undercut 82' of the locking element 8' once with the adjustment strip 4 approximately vertically aligned ( Figure 23) and once in an inclined position of the adjustment bar 4 ( Figure 24 ).
[0077] The first adjusting device 6 and the second adjusting device 7 are in their individual parts in Figure 7 shown.
[0078] The function of the two adjustment devices 6, 7 is explained below using the following: Figures 25 to 28 described.
[0079] The first adjusting device 6 is preferably designed as a bevel gear drive, with an adjusting wheel 62 received in a hook receptacle 52 of a base surface 51 of the slide, and an adjusting screw 61 held fixedly but rotatably on the slide 5, having a head meshing with the adjusting wheel 62 and a retaining lug 63 fixed to the adjusting bar 4 with a threaded bore in which a threaded section of the adjusting screw 61 is received. A tool receptacle is integrally formed on the adjusting wheel 62 to also enable adjustment of the first adjusting device 6 by means of this, by allowing a tool to be inserted into the recess 94 of the rear wall 92.
[0080] The first adjustment device 6 enables, as particularly in comparison to the Figures 25C and 28C This illustrates a movement of the slider 5 along the adjustment bar 4 in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the adjustment bar 4.
[0081] The adjusting screw 71 of the second adjusting device 7 of the support unit is fixedly mounted by a threaded section in the retaining element 72 held on the slide 5, whereby a rotational movement of the adjusting screw 71 causes the retaining element 72 and the slide 5 to pivot.
[0082] A head piece 73 of the adjusting screw 71 is held in an undercut slot 24 of the wall bearing 2 so that it can be tilted.
[0083] An end of the adjusting screw 71 facing away from the head piece 73 has a tool receptacle 74 accessible through an opening 54 in the base surface 51 of the slide 5 for adjusting the adjusting screw 71.
[0084] The effect of an adjustment of this second adjustment device 7 is well shown in a comparison of the Figures 25C and 26C recognizable.
[0085] The Figures 25A , 26A , 27A and 28Ashow a front view of the wall-side assembly of the suspension device 1, consisting of wall bracket 2, adjustment strip 4 and slider 5.
[0086] The Figures 25B , 26B , 27B and 28B show a side view and the Figures 25C , 26C , 27C and 28C a sectional view through a vertical section plane that is placed through the adjusting screw 61 and 71 of the respective adjusting device 6,7.
[0087] The Figures 25A to C show a starting position of the respective wall assembly, in which the adjusting screw 61 is in its lowest position and thus the slider 5 is in a lowest position relative to the adjusting bar 4.
[0088] The adjusting screw 71 of the second adjusting device 7 is also in a starting position in which the distance d between the hook receptacle 52 on the slide 5 and the wall bearing 2 is minimal.
[0089] In this position, the adjustment bar 4 extends parallel or almost parallel to the wall bearing 2.
[0090] The Figures 27A to C show a position of the wall assembly in which no height adjustment was carried out, but in which the adjusting screw 71 of the second adjustment device 7 was adjusted so that the adjustment bar 4 together with the slider 5 are positioned in a position pivoted to the maximum relative to a vertical.
[0091] The Figures 28A to C show an adjusted position of the assembly of the suspension device 1, in which the adjusting screw 71 of the second adjusting device 7 is in the position shown in the Figures 25A to C shown position and only the adjusting screw 61 of the first adjusting device 6 has been moved to its maximum adjustment position.
[0092] Adjusting the adjusting screw 61 of the first adjusting device 6 causes the slider 5 to shift along the adjusting bar 4, so that the slider 5 is positioned relative to the adjusting bar 4, as shown by a comparison of the Figures 25B with the Figure 28B illustrates that it is positioned in a maximally upward-shifted position.
[0093] The Figures 26A to C show a combination of the adjustments of the first adjusting device 6 and that of the second adjusting device 7, such that in this position both the adjusting screw 61 of the first adjusting device 6 and the adjusting screw 71 of the second adjusting device 7 were moved into a maximum adjustment position.
[0094] It can also be seen that when slider 5 is raised to its maximum position, the swivel angle is different compared to slider 5 when its height is not adjusted, as shown in the Figure 27B and C as shown, is somewhat less than in the Figures 26B and CThe pivot position of the adjusting bar 4 and the slider 5 shown is evident. This shows that an adjustment in one direction z results in only a very small adjustment in one direction x, because the adjusting screw 71 is not fixed in position due to the movement in the elongated hole 45.
[0095] Advantageously, the first and second adjustment devices can be adjusted in a direction parallel to the extension of the side wall 91 of the furniture 9, in that the tool holders on the adjusting screw 71 and adjusting wheel 62 are facing the user and recesses 93, 94 are provided in the furniture.
[0096] To guide the slide 5 along the adjusting bar 4, the slide 5 also has perpendicularly bent edge webs 55 along the longitudinal sides of the base surface 51. Furthermore, a bearing receptacle 53 is formed on the base surface 51, which allows access to the tool receptacle of the adjusting wheel 62.
[0097] To prevent the adjustment bar 4 from lifting off after the fork-shaped contours 43 have been inserted into the recesses 23 in the wall bearing 2, webs 25 are provided above the bend 22 of the wall bearing 2, which webs are bent into a corresponding slot 46 in the base surface 41 of the adjustment bar 4 after the adjustment bar 4 has been inserted.
[0098] What next in the Figures 25 to 28 As can be seen, with the exception of the respective cabinet hook 3, all other components of the suspension device, in particular the wall mount 2, the adjustment bar 4, and the slider 5, are constructed symmetrically. For this purpose, two elongated holes 24 are arranged on the base plate 21, particularly on the wall mount 2, in order to create a symmetrical component.
[0099] This makes it possible that for a hanging device 1 to be attached to the left side of the furniture 9 or to the right side of the furniture 9, only different cabinet hooks 3 need to be used.
[0100] The wall bearing 2, the adjustment bar 4 and the slider 5 can be used on both the right and left sides. List of reference symbols
