Abstract

The subject of the application is an advertising water wheel with radial, rotary, and tilting movement of the board and vertical, rotary, and tilting movement of the base, having blades (1) attached to a rim (2). The rim (2) is mounted by arms on an axle pivotally mounted in the base (3). Four boards (4) are pivotally attached to the rim (2). Each board (4) is mounted on its own spindle. The spindle axes are parallel to the wheel's axis of rotation. The center of gravity of the board (4) is located on its plane of symmetry under the spindle, allowing the boards (4) to generally maintain parallel alignment of their bases with respect to the horizontal during wheel rotation. The spindle is attached to the rim (2) in a radially arranged guide, enabling it to move in the radial direction of the wheel.Near the wheel, in the path of the plates (4), there is a bumper (5), which, when struck, causes the plate (4) to deflect from the horizontal position and move in a pendulum-like motion relative to the spindle. The base (3) is mounted on a floating platform (6), located in a liquid tank (7), into which water flows, causing the platform to rise. The liquid tank (7) contains a drain valve (8), which opens when the tank (7) is filled to a predetermined level. The floating platform (6) is mounted on pivoted guides (7.1) in the form of columns. The liquid tank (7) contains a flow restrictor (9), which causes the floating platform (6) and the wheel to deflect upon contact and further raising the liquid level. The liquid tank (7) is positioned on the upper surface of a horizontal water wheel (10), the axis of rotation of which is vertical.The horizontal water wheel (10) is mounted in a tank (11) equipped with a water supply (11.1) and a water discharge (11.2), and its rotation causes the entire advertising assembly of the water wheel to rotate in the horizontal plane.
