Abstract

The subject of the application is an advertising water wheel with radial, rotary, and tilting movement of the board and vertical, rotary, and tilting movement of the base, having blades (1) attached to a rim (2). The rim (2) is mounted by arms on an axle pivotally mounted in the base (3). Four boards (4) are pivotally attached to the rim (2), each mounted on its own spindle. The axes of the spindles are parallel to the wheel's axis of rotation. The center of gravity of the board (4) is located on its plane of symmetry under the spindle. This allows the boards (4) to generally maintain parallel alignment of their bases with respect to the horizontal during wheel rotation. The spindle is mounted to the rim (2) in a radially arranged guide allowing it to move in the radial direction of the wheel. A bumper is located adjacent to the wheel, in the path of the boards (4). Upon striking the bumper, the board (4) deviates from the horizontal position and moves in a pendulum-like motion relative to the spindle. The base (3) is mounted on a floating platform (6) located in a liquid tank (7). Water flows into the tank (7), causing the platform to rise. The liquid tank (7) has a drain valve (8), which opens when the tank (7) is filled to a predetermined level. The floating platform (6) is mounted on guides (7.1) in the form of columns. One of its sides is attached to the wall of the liquid tank (7) via a hinge (9), which causes the platform (6) and the wheel to tilt as the liquid level rises. The liquid tank (7) is positioned on the upper surface of a horizontal water wheel (10), whose axis of rotation is vertical. The horizontal water wheel (10) is mounted in a tank (11) equipped with a water supply and drainage system (11.2). Rotation of the horizontal water wheel (10) causes the entire water wheel advertising assembly to rotate horizontally.
