Abstract

The subject of the application is a system and method for computer-aided implementation and maintenance of a SAP system using a design-aware cognitive architecture, schematically shown in the drawing. A computer system for supporting the implementation and maintenance of a SAP system, comprising at least one processor and computer memory in which program instructions executable by the processor are stored, characterized in that the system includes: a perception and search module configured to process documents related to the SAP system and customer documents, including implementation documents, maintenance documents, and configuration documents, and to store vector representations of fragments of these documents in a vector database; a design memory module configured to store episodic and semantic data relating to implementation and maintenance projects, including at least design workshop records;conceptual decisions, incident reports and generated documentation artifacts, a workshop module, cooperating with the design memory module, configured to conduct implementation workshops based on predefined question trees for SAP system modules, to record user responses and generate blueprint documents, a maintenance incident handling module (AMS), cooperating with the perception module and the design memory module, configured to accept incident reports and screenshots from the SAP system, generate queries to external SAP knowledge sources, download and save incident analysis results, a cognitive core, cooperating with the perception module, the design memory module, the workshop module and the incident handling module,configured to represent implementation projects and maintenance activities as a task graph and to control the execution of data processing operations by the computer system by selecting the order of task execution and invoking, for each selected task, the corresponding read and write operations in the design memory, vector search operations in the vector database and processing operations in the language module.,
