The subject of the application is a hybrid positioning system on a plane, especially for positioning an effector (4) in precision robots, comprising flexible joints, stacks of piezoelectric material known in the art, electromagnetic linear drives known in the art, an effector (4) and a base, wherein all the mentioned elements of the system are interconnected by means of rigid connections (6).
