Abstract
The subject of the application is a diagnostic and research method for assessing the aggressiveness of cancer cells and / or their susceptibility to anticancer therapy (also known as an organoid convolution assay), particularly for solid tumors or cancers, for use in biology and medicine for in vitro observations of the dynamics of the formation of primary 3D cultures of cancer organoids derived from cancer and cancer cells from oncology patients, and primary 3D cultures of normal cell organoids derived from normal cells from the same patient, and for analysis of important parameters of this process. The presented method enables automated assessment of the aggressiveness and stage of cancer progression without the participation of a specialist.
