Abstract

The subject of the application is a system and method for executing commercial transactions in a buyer-initiated reverse marketplace model. The system for executing commercial transactions in an ICT network is characterized by the fact that it includes a module enabling the buyer to publish a purchase request and a module enabling multiple bidders to submit offers corresponding to that request, with the buyer initiating the commercial process.
