Abstract

The subject of the application is a heat storage device comprising a thermally insulated two-chamber water tank (1) in the form of a vertically oriented cylinder or a right prism, in which there is a horizontally arranged, rigid, thermally insulating movable partition (2) mounted on guides, sealed against the side walls and vertically movable, dividing the water tank (1) into a lower cold water chamber (A) and an upper hot water chamber (B). Outside the water tank (1), the lower cold water chamber (A) is connected to the upper hot water chamber (B) via a circulating pump (3) and a water heater (4). A supply pump (5) is connected to the lower cold water chamber (A) via a water supply pipe, and a discharge pump (6) is connected to the upper hot water chamber (B) via a water discharge pipe.Temperature sensors (7.1, 7.2) are located in the pipe supplying water to the lower cold water chamber (A) and in the pipe draining water from the upper hot water chamber (B). Position limiters (8.1, 8.2) of the movable partition (2) are installed in the lower cold water chamber (A) and in the upper hot water chamber (B). The supply pump (5), the drain pump (6), the temperature sensors (7.1, 7.2) and the position limiters (8.1, 8.2) are connected to the controller (9). It is characterized in that in the upper hot water chamber (B) there is a fixed partition (10) with a deflector (11). The drain pump (6) is connected through the upper wall of the water tank (1) to a telescopic tube, at the end of which a float (12) is mounted. A position sensor (13) of the movable partition (2) is located in the movable partition (2), which is connected to the controller (9).
