Abstract
The subject of the application is BCMA-targeted CAR-T cell therapy for the treatment of multiple myeloma. The application describes methods for treating patients with multiple myeloma who have received one to three prior treatment cycles. The patient is administered infusions of chimeric antigen receptors (CARs)—T cells containing CARs capable of specifically binding to a BCMA epitope.
