Method for reclaiming spoil heaps and waste dumps, particularly coal mining waste rock dumps

Abstract

The method of reclamation of spoil heaps and waste heaps, especially coal waste rock heaps, is characterized in that mineral-organic granulate (2) with fertilizing properties and grain size from 2 mm to 4 mm and seeds of pioneer herbaceous plant species (3) are applied to the surface of the coal waste rock heap intended for reclamation, and then the granulate (2) and seeds are placed in the top layer of the material (1) of waste waste rock, especially at a depth of 1 cm to 2 cm, especially by mixing the granulate (2) and seeds with the top layer of the material (1) of waste waste rock, using known methods, especially by using shallow harrowing of the heap surface or using hand tools.
