Abstract

The subject of the application is a device for dispensing vaccine for wild animals, comprising a vaccine reservoir, a feeder, and a control module. It comprises a land vehicle (1), preferably an off-road vehicle, on which a vaccine reservoir (2) is located. The tapered bottom of the vaccine reservoir (2) has an opening, beneath which a piston-type vaccine feeder (3) is located, comprising a piston (4) coupled to a linear drive (5) connected to a control module (6). An odor sensor (7) is connected to the control module (6). The method for dispensing vaccine for wild animals involves designating a route for the land vehicle (1) to ensure precise distribution of the vaccine throughout the vaccination area. The vehicle travels along this route, and during its travel, an odor sensor (7) collects odor data.If an odor corresponding to a pre-defined odor pattern of wild animals being vaccinated is detected, the control module (6) activates the vaccine feeder (3).
