Abstract
The subject of the application is a modular system for the activation of redox cofactors and the stabilization of biologically active substances in multiphase solutions. The system, through phase separation, protects the reactive cofactors (NADH, CoQ10) from oxidation. By using a specific dose ratio (420 mg Q10 to 20 mg NADH) and the addition of TMG as a methyl donor, the system allows for the production of the active form of ubiquinol immediately prior to ingestion, significantly increasing the bioavailability and stability of the formulation.
