Abstract
The subject of the application, shown in the drawing, is a device and method for producing an electrode. The device for producing an electrode comprising a coated portion and an uncoated portion includes a heater that heats the uncoated portion by irradiating it with a laser, and a rolling roller that rolls the coated portion by pressing it. In the width direction of the electrode, the uncoated portion includes an inner region adjacent to the coated portion and an outer region located further from the coated portion than the inner region, the heater irradiating the outer region and the inner region with lasers of different average powers, and the average power per unit length of the laser irradiating the outer region by the heater is greater than the average power per unit length of the laser irradiating the inner region.
