Abstract
The subject of the application is a polyurethane composition characterized in that it consists of a polyol in an amount of 70% to 75% by weight of the composition, a hardener in the form of an aliphatic polyisocyanate in an amount of 17.50% to 18.75% by weight of the composition, glass microspheres with granulation from 250 µm to 630 µm modified with technical acetone in an amount of 5.75% to 11.50% by weight of the composition and a fluorescent powder defatted with ethanol in an amount of 0.5% to 1% by weight of the composition. The subject of the application is a method for producing a polyurethane composition consisting in placing glass microspheres with a granulation of 250 µm to 630 µm in an amount of 5.75% to 11.50% by weight of the composition in a container, and then pouring technical acetone on the glass microspheres in a ratio of 1:1.6.The container is then shaken for 90 to 180 seconds at a frequency of 2 to 3 Hz, after which the suspension is placed on a sieve with mesh sizes ranging from 220 µm to 250 µm under a mechanical hood for 24 hours until the technical-grade acetone is completely evaporated. At the same time, fluorescent powder (0.5% to 1% by weight of the composition) is placed in the container and poured with ethanol in a 1:1 ratio and left for 30 minutes. The suspension is then poured through a sieving unit, and the fluorescent powder is dried in a laboratory oven for 4 hours at 60°C until the ethanol is completely evaporated.
