Loading device for quad-type vehicles and four-wheel all-terrain utility vehicles

Abstract

The loading device for quad vehicles and four-wheeled multi-purpose off-road vehicles equipped with a loading bucket is characterized in that it consists of a bucket (1), a frame (2) and a mounting plate (3). The bucket (1) consists of a bottom, a blade, sides (6) and a casing (7) and is bolted to the frame (2) by means of screws (13), which at the same time constitute the axis of rotation of the bucket (1) around the frame (2), and rectangular washers (14) with an eccentric hole inside constitute a limiter for the tilt of the bucket (1). A chain mechanism is mounted on the frame (2), in which a sprocket (16), a pawl (17) and a chain (18) with a sprocket (19) are placed on the shaft (15), and on one side the chain eye (18) is locked with a pin at the roller guide of the winch (21).On the other side, the chain (18) is connected to the frame (2) by springs (22), while the pawl (17) is connected to a freely running rod (23) leading to the vehicle's steering wheel, the end of which is connected to the control lever (24), and the hook of the vehicle's winch cable (25) is attached to the hook catch (12) by a pin (26). The frame (2) is attached to the pins (27) of the mounting plate (3) and secured by a lock and springs in the housing.
