Pelvic bone implant containing a supraspinatus part and a trapezium part

Abstract

The subject of the application is a pelvic bone implant comprising a supraspinatus portion (100) and a trapezoid portion (200) connected by a connector (300) and arranged obliquely relative to each other. The supraspinatus portion (100) is elongated and provided with a row of holes (110) for bone screws. The trapezoid portion (200) is openwork and provided with holes (210). According to the pattern, the supraspinatus portion (100) has twelve or more holes (110), and the trapezoid portion (200) has at least six holes, including two elongated holes (220) provided with cutters (222, 223) for obliquely inserting bone screws into the trapezoid plate and accommodating their heads. These holes are formed so that the edges of the holes (220) are flush with the surface of the trapezoid portion (200). The remaining holes (210) of the quadrilateral part (200) are provided with spherical countersinks (212) around their lumen (211). The angle between the supraspinatus part (100) and the quadrilateral part (200) is between 100° and 120°.
