ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSOR DEVICE FOR DETECTING THE ALCOHOL LEVEL IN A BIOLOGICAL FLUID, COMPRISING: A TEXTILE SUBSTRATE; AN ELECTRICAL CONTACT LAYER (1.1) OF A FIRST CONDUCTIVE METALLIC INK APPLIED TO THE SUBSTRATE FORMING THREE ELECTRICAL CONTACTS (1.1); A REFERENCE ELECTRODE LAYER (1.2) OF A SECOND CONDUCTIVE METALLIC INK APPLIED OVER THE SUBSTRATE AND OVER A FIRST ELECTRICAL CONTACT (1.1); A WORKING ELECTRODE LAYER (1.3) OF A CARBON-BASED CONDUCTIVE INK APPLIED TO THE SUBSTRATE AND OVER A SECOND ELECTRICAL CONTACT (1.1); An auxiliary electrode layer (1.4) of a carbon-based conductive ink applied to the substrate and to a third electrical contact (1.1); an insulating layer (1.5) of a non-conductive ink applied over the preceding layers to insulate said electrical contacts in a region of contact with biological fluid; wherein the working electrode layer (1.3) INCLUDES METALLIC NANOPARTICLES REACTIVE TO ETHANOL OR ITS DERIVATIVES.
