The present invention features three upper layers (4) coated with a BIODEGRADABLE POLYURETHANE (PU) LAYER, A BOTTOM LAYER (6) AND INTERMEDIATE OR INNER LAYER (5), MADE OF HIGH-DENSITY EVA FOAM, WHERE COMPARTMENTS (2) AND (3) ARE LOCATED FOR THE EMBEDDING OF A SOUND SYSTEM AND AROMATHERAPY DEVICES, WHICH THROUGH THE RELEASE OF AROMAS AND THE EMISSION OF CALMING SOUNDS, PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT CONDUCIVE TO REDUCING STRESS AND ANXIETY, PROMOTING FOCUS, PRESENCE AND DEEP RELAXATION.
