Abstract
This disclosure relates to the field of biotechnology and provides an antibody that binds specifically to IL-5Ra, referred to herein as BCD-133. Antibodies to IL-5Ra are used for the suppression of eosinophilia (present in pathological processes such as bronchial asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis, etc.). The disclosure also relates to DNA encoding such antibodies and expression vectors.
