Adjustable absorbent item to fit different types of clothing

Abstract

This application relates to an adjustable absorbent article comprising an upper sheet and a lower sheet, with an absorbent core located between them. The absorbent core has an oblong shape with two longitudinal ends, one of which is triangular in shape. An absorbent panel is positioned around the periphery of this triangular end, designed to fold and adjust to different types of garments, allowing only a portion of the panel to fold in place. The absorbent core may consist of more than one layer or material to control fluid absorption. The adjustable absorbent article is applied to disposable hygiene products, providing fit and support to different types of garments while maintaining the absorbent function.
