Abstract

The present invention provides a herbicidal composition comprising a combination of a nicotinamide compound and an associated herbicide, or a composition for increasing herbicidal efficacy, and provides a method for controlling weeds using the same. The herbicidal composition of the present invention comprises a nicotinamide-based compound as the active ingredient, and by including an associated herbicide having a different mechanism of action or herbicidal activity characteristics than the aforementioned compound as the active ingredient, the herbicidal composition exhibits synergistic activity with high herbicidal activity, a broader herbicidal spectrum, and a reduced active ingredient dose compared to single-use herbicides.
