Abstract

The invention relates to a measure and protection block and to a process for making enclosures, meant to measure consumed electric energy and to protect against electric energy stealing. According to the invention, the measure and protection block is made of a multifunctional box (1) made by the injection of glass fiber-reinforced polycarbonate, it has a door (2) with reinforcement ribs (c and d), a window (3), an inspection window (4) and a closing system (5) positioned in some holes (a and b) which is assembled with two lateral plates (6) with ribs (e), bosses (f) for fixing and slots (g) for airing it, it is assembled with a rear plate (8) provided inside with ribs (i), pockets (n) for assembling, pockets (o) for fixing the rails supporting apparatuses and ribs (m) on the outside, circular forms (p) and reinforcing lumps (r), it is assembled with a cover (7) made as a roof with two inequal parts inclined under a certain angle, which shows some ribs (h), pockets (i) for clamping the rear plates (8), pockets (j) for door (2) hinges, clamping bosses (k) for lateral plates (6), it is assembled with a supporting plate (9), which shows inside pockets for clamping the rear plate (8), orifices (t) for clamping the lateral plates (6) and holes (u) for clamping the door (2), all the subassemblies of the multifunctional box (1) have sizes of up to 940 mm x 450 mm.
