Mobile system for cleaning dirt from vehicles, construction and other machines

Abstract

One of the biggest challenges in traffic safety is the transfer of dirt from construction sites and other unpaved surfaces to the road. The mobile system for cleaning dirt from vehicles, construction, and other machines consists of six elements, namely а base structure (A), on which  rollers (В) are placed, which are connected to а drive (Д), while on the lower side of the base structure (A), as well as on а vertical support (Ђ) placed on the side of the base structure (A), nozzles (Г) are fixed, which are connected to each other and connected to the water supply. The base structure (A) on both sides is fixed to ramps (Б), which provides the possibility for vehicles to overcome the height difference between the ground and the position where the rollers (В) are located. A mobile system that removes dirt from vehicle wheels, is suitable for easy transport and installation in all locations.
