Procedure for combined application of bioactive bacteria for protection against causal agent of green mould disease and increasing of mushroom yield

Abstract

The present invention relates to a new procedure of application of two beneficial microorganisms in the production of white button mushroom Agaricus bisporus, to increase yield and protection against the causal agent of green mould disease, Trichoderma aggressivum f. europaeum. The combination of two microorganisms is applied in a total amount of 60 ml / m2, i.e. 30 ml of a suspension of one of the bacteria from the genus Bacillus: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus subtilis or Bacillus velezensis at a concentration of 4 × 108 CFU / ml and 30 ml of a suspension of one of the actinobacteria from the genus Streptomyces: Streptomyces flavovirens, Streptomyces griseoviridis or Streptomyces lydicus at a concentration of 4 x 107 CFU / ml, in two divided treatments: 30 ml in 1 l of water per m2 after casing time and 30 ml in 1 l of water per m2 after seven days.
