Abstract

The main support made of micro-reinforced concrete with a length of up to 23 m and the process for obtaining it are defined in such aa way that the concrete reinforcement is 3% by mass of the total mass of concrete, and the obtained support has the following technical characteristics: volumetric mass 250-2550 kg / m3, compressive strength 110-150 MPa, tensile strength by bending cm 20-25 MPa. This was achieved through the following phases: Phase I, production, assembly and disassembly of steel formwork; Phase II, preparation of components: cement, fillers, aggregates of the first fraction, aggregates of crushed stone, aggregates of the second fraction, aggregates of the third fraction, micro-silica, steel fibers from recycled tires, additives and water; Phase III, dosing of components prepared in the Phase I expressed in mass %; Phase IV, concrete mixing with processor management; Phase V, transport and installation of concrete in previously prepared steel molds; Phase VI, nurturing and hardening of concrete by steaming until obtaining sufficient concrete strength for removing the main support from the mold; Phase VII, storage of main support, loading; Phase VIII, transport and construction of the new facility.
