Claims
1. A brush unit with a brush holder (10, 11), with the possibility of setting it in rotation and a ring brush (4, 5) with a crown (8) of bristles, with bristles (5) protruding outward, and a locking means (14), introduced into the crown (8) of bristles, made with the possibility of rotation, characterized in that the locking means (14), made non-circular in cross-section, has the possibility of rotation around its longitudinal axis (16).
2. The brush unit (3) according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking means (14) is provided with a drive (18).
3. The brush unit (3) according to item 2, characterized in that the drive (18) of the locking means (14) is made dependent or independent of the drive (2) of the brush holder (10, 11) with the ring brush (4, 5).
4. A brush unit (3) according to any one of paragraphs 1-3, characterized in that the locking means (14) rotates circumferentially in the opposite direction to the ring brush (4, 5).
5. A brush unit (3) according to any one of paragraphs 1-4, characterized in that the locking means (14) rotates at the same or higher peripheral speed, compared to the ring brush (4, 5).
6. A brush unit (3) according to any one of paragraphs 1-5, characterized in that the locking means (14) is provided with at least one longitudinal rib (17) along its circumference.
7. The brush unit (3) according to claim 6, characterized in that a plurality of longitudinal ribs (17) are provided, distributed along the circumference of the locking means (14).
8. The brush unit (3) according to item 6 or 7, characterized in that the longitudinal ribs (17) are distributed at the same angular distance along the circumference of the locking means (14).
9. A brush unit (3) according to any one of paragraphs 6-8, characterized in that each longitudinal rib (17) extends in the longitudinal direction of the locking means (14).
10. A brush unit (3) according to any one of paragraphs 6-9, characterized in that each longitudinal rib (17) extends in a spiral manner to the longitudinal direction of the locking means (14).
11. A brush unit (3) according to any one of paragraphs 6-10, characterized in that each longitudinal rib (17) is triangular in cross-section.

A rotary brush tool with a machine body (1), a brush unit (3) and a drive (2) for the brush unit (3), wherein the brush unit (3) has a brush holder (10, 11), with the possibility of setting it in rotation and a ring brush (4, 5) with a crown (8) of bristles, with bristles (5) protruding outward, and a locking means (14) introduced into the rotating crown (8) of bristles, characterized in that the locking means (14) is made non-circular in cross-section and with the possibility of rotation around its longitudinal axis (16).

A method for processing the surface of a part using a brush unit (3), with a brush holder (10, 11), with the possibility of setting it in rotation and a ring brush (4, 5) with a crown (8) of bristles, with bristles (5) protruding outward, and a locking means (14) introduced into the rotating crown (8) of bristles, characterized in that the locking means (14) is made with the possibility of rotation around its longitudinal axis (16).
14. The method according to claim 13, characterized in that the locking means (14) is designed with the possibility of rotating around a circle in the opposite direction to the ring brush (4, 5), and also, preferably, at the same or higher circumferential speed.
