Claims
1. A method for processing waste emulsion explosives, including mixing waste emulsion explosives with a fuel solution and water, characterized in that the fuel solution is fed into the mixing tank in an amount of 12-17% of the tank volume, the mixer and heating are pre-started, the temperature is maintained at no more than 55-60 degrees Celsius, then water is fed in an amount of 12-17% of the tank volume, the temperature of the mixture is maintained at no more than 50-60 degrees Celsius, waste emulsion matrix pre-heated to a temperature of more than 60 degrees Celsius is fed until 100% of the tank volume is filled, mixed at a temperature of 50 degrees until the crystals are completely dissolved, after which the resulting mixture is fed into the mixing tank with the base emulsion matrix, while the amount of the added mixture is taken in the range of 3-10% of the volume of the base emulsion matrix.
2. A device for processing waste emulsion explosives, comprising a container with thermal insulation and a heating circuit, a mixer, a lid, shut-off valves, pipelines and pumps, characterized in that the container is made conical in the lower part and is equipped with strain gauges mounted on racks, with a hydraulic heating circuit along the entire height of the container, the inlet part of the pipeline for feeding the waste of the emulsion matrix is equipped with a coarse filter, and the outlet part of the pipeline for feeding the waste of the emulsion matrix is equipped with a Laval nozzle, a diaphragm pump for pumping the waste of the emulsion matrix is hydraulically connected by a pipeline to the container with thermal insulation, a peristaltic pump for pumping the processed product is hydraulically connected by a pipeline to the container for adding the processed product to the emulsion matrix.
