23. The compound according to claim 22, wherein both R2 are joined to form a pinacolboronic ester.
24. The compound according to claim 22, wherein R3 is methyl or ethyl.
25. A compound according to any one of claims 21 to 24, wherein R5 is phenyl.
26. Use of a compound according to any one of claims 20 to 25 in the preparation of compound I or compound Ia.
