Claims

An unloading unit for a gas pressure regulator, comprising: a unloading unit base in the form of a cylinder with an internal unloading cavity; a working seat; a regulating valve; wherein the upper part of the unloading unit base has a rigid attachment to the housing of the diaphragm drive of the gas pressure regulator, and the lower part of the unloading unit base has a rigid attachment to the working seat, and also has windows for passing the working medium from the inlet cavity of the gas pressure regulator to its outlet cavity; a rod located inside the base of the unloading unit coaxially with its longitudinal axis and having a rigid attachment of its lower part to the regulating valve; a balancing element located in the unloading cavity of the base of the unloading unit, characterized in that the following are introduced into the unloading unit of the gas pressure regulator: a guide bushing located inside the lower part of the base of the unloading unit, coaxially with respect to the rod and sealing rings,and a cylindrical unloading piston is used as a balancing element, located inside the unloading cavity of the unloading unit base, coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the rod, the upper end of which is rigidly connected to the lower end portion of the unloading piston, in the upper end portion of which a transfer rod is secured coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the rod, the free end of which extends into the sub-membrane cavity of the gas pressure regulator drive, wherein in the process of manufacturing the gas pressure regulator unloading unit, equality of the effective area of ​​the unloading piston and the effective area of ​​the control valve, which are affected by the pressure from the inlet cavity of the gas pressure regulator, is ensured.
