Claims
1. A sheet of isotropic electrical steel containing, as a chemical composition, wt.%: C: 0.0005-0.0030%, Si: 1.5-3.5%, Al: 0.10-2.00%, Mn: 0.1-2.0%, P: 0.180% or less, S: 0.0005-0.0030%, N: 0.0005-0.0030%, Ti: 0.0005-0.0030%, B: 0-0.0020%, and Sn + 2 x Sb: 0-0.25%; and the remainder being Fe and impurities, in this case the following expressions (1)-(3) are satisfied, while the sheet thickness is t, the orientation intensity is {111} <112> , for the crystal orientation measured at a position in the range 2 / 5-3 / 5 t, is A, and the orientation intensity is {100} <012> , measured at a position in the range 2 / 5-3 / 5 t, is B, 2 ≤ A ≤ 10 (1), 1.0 ≤ B ≤ 10 (2), and 0.8 ≤ B / A ≤ 1.0 (3).
2. A sheet of isotropic electrical steel according to claim 1, wherein the composition contains, by weight %: Sn or Sb in the range 0.02 ≤ Sn+2 x Sb ≤ 0.20.
