Claims
1. A method for laying a grid of reinforcing bars, including: (a) providing at least two longitudinal reinforcement bar holders and at least two transverse reinforcement bar holders, wherein each of said at least two longitudinal reinforcement bar holders and at least two transverse reinforcement bar holders comprises: (i) an elongated element having a receiving side, and (ii) a plurality of clamps located at a distance from each other on said receiving side; (b) placing said at least two longitudinal reinforcement bar holders parallel to each other and at a distance from each other on the supporting surface so that at least a portion of said plurality of clamps of each of said at least two longitudinal reinforcement bar holders are aligned; (c) providing a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing bars and inserting said longitudinal reinforcing bars into said combined clamps of said at least two longitudinal reinforcing bar holders so that said longitudinal reinforcing bars lie perpendicular to said longitudinal reinforcing bar holders; (d) placing said at least two transverse reinforcing bar holders perpendicular to said longitudinal reinforcing bar holders, wherein said transverse reinforcing bar holders are parallel to each other and are placed at a distance from each other such that at least a portion of said plurality of clamps of each of said at least two transverse reinforcing bar holders are aligned; (e) providing a plurality of transverse reinforcing bars and inserting said transverse reinforcing bars into said combined clamps of said at least two transverse reinforcing bar holders so that said transverse reinforcing bars are laid perpendicular to said transverse reinforcing bar holders and said longitudinal reinforcing bars that are located between said transverse bars and said supporting surface; and (f) pouring concrete into a grid of reinforcing bars and holders.
2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the said transverse holders of reinforcing bars are installed on the said longitudinal holders.
3. The method according to paragraph 1, also including: ensuring the presence of at least two double-sided holders; attaching said at least two double-sided holders to at least two of said transverse reinforcing bars; and inserting a second row of longitudinal reinforcing bars into said at least two double-sided holders.

The method according to paragraph 3, characterized in that each of the said double-sided holders contains: at least one elongated element, a plurality of receiving clamps configured to receive a second row of said longitudinal reinforcing bars, and a plurality of support clamps configured to attach the double-sided holder to one of said transverse reinforcing bars, wherein said at least one elongated element, said plurality of receiving clamps and said plurality of support clamps are connected together.
5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that each of said double-sided holders comprises: a double-sided elongated element having a plurality of receiving clamps located on its first side, and a plurality of support clamps located on its second side.
6. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that each of said at least two longitudinal reinforcement bar holders has a transverse axis X that is perpendicular to the parallel axes Z of said longitudinal reinforcement bars inserted into said combined clamps.
7. The method according to paragraph 1, also including: placing at least one diagonal holder at an angle of 45 degrees relative to both said at least two longitudinal holders and said at least two transverse holders; and connecting said at least two longitudinal holders and said at least two transverse holders together at the intersection points where the holders overlap, using fasteners attached to said at least one diagonal holder.
8. A device for securely holding reinforcing bars, comprising: an elongated element; a plurality of clamps placed at the same distance from one another and located on said elongated element, wherein each of said plurality of clamps is designed to receive and hold a portion of the corresponding reinforcing bar, wherein said elongated element has a receiving side and a supporting side, wherein said plurality of clamps are located on said receiving side, and said supporting side is located on a plane designed to be located parallel to the supporting surface; and wherein said elongated element and said plurality of clamps are designed to be suitable for being filled with concrete.
9. The device according to claim 8, also comprising at least one support element located on said support side.
10. The device according to claim 9, characterized in that said at least one support element is selected from the group including: a pair of legs, a stand, an adhesive layer, a support, a two-point stop, a three-point stop, a rack.
11. The device according to claim 8, characterized in that said elongated element is designed to be attached to said supporting surface.
12. The device according to claim 8, characterized in that said elongated element is designed to be attached to said supporting surface by connecting elements selected from the group including: fasteners, screws, bolts, nails, staples and spikes attached to said mounting side of said elongated element or made on it.
13. A device for securely holding reinforcing bars, comprising: an elongated element; a plurality of clamps placed at an equal distance from one another and located on said elongated element, wherein each of said plurality of clamps is configured to receive and hold a portion of a corresponding reinforcing bar, wherein said elongated element has a female connecting element located at its first longitudinal end, and a corresponding female connecting element located at its second, opposite, longitudinal end; and wherein said elongated element and said plurality of clamps are designed to be suitable for being filled with concrete.
14. The device according to claim 8, characterized in that said plurality of clamps are attached to said elongated element or are made as a single unit with said elongated element.

The device according to claim 8, characterized in that said clamps have the shape of an inverted letter "omega" with an opening made so as to receive a reinforcing bar, and the teeth forming said opening are made so as to be elastically deformed, allowing said reinforcing bar to pass through said opening.
16. The device of claim 15, further comprising a second elongated member comprising a plurality of clamps spaced equally apart from each other and located on said second elongated member, each of said plurality of clamps being configured to receive and hold a portion of said reinforcing bar; and wherein each clamp of said plurality of clamps is connected to a second clamp, wherein said second clamp is designed to receive a second reinforcing bar such that the Z axis of said second reinforcing bar is perpendicular to the X axis of said reinforcing bar.
