Claims

1. A method for producing a food product with a nutritional supplement, comprising adding nutritional supplements consisting of at least three groups: - a group that includes at least one or more types of vitamins that have a tolerable upper intake level in the public recommended intake levels of nutrients; - a group that includes at least one or more types of minerals that have a tolerable upper intake level in the public reference intakes for nutrients; and - a group that includes at least one or more types of vitamins and / or minerals that do not have a tolerable upper intake level in the public recommended intake levels of nutrients, to at least one or more types of individual products that make up the diet for one meal, and thus, preparing a food product with a nutrient additive that meets specific nutritional reference values ​​developed on the basis of publicly available recommended intakes of nutrients.

2. A method for producing a food product with a nutritional supplement according to claim 1, wherein the vitamins having an upper tolerable intake level are vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, niacin, vitamin B6 and folic acid.

3. A method for producing a food product with a nutritional supplement according to paragraphs 1 and 2, in which the minerals having an upper permissible intake level are calcium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, phosphorus, iodine, selenium, chromium and molybdenum.

4. A method for producing a food product with a nutritional supplement according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the vitamins or minerals that do not have consumption conditions are vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin K, pantothenic acid, biotin, potassium and magnesium.

5. A food product with a nutritional supplement produced by the production method according to paragraphs 1-4.

A method for providing a food product with a nutritional supplement to provide a consumer with a plurality of diets, each of which contains one menu meal as a food product with a nutritional supplement that satisfies a specific nutritional reference value developed based on publicly recommended intakes of nutrients, wherein the method comprises: - a deficiency calculation step that involves calculating the nutrient content of the basic configuration of the food product with a nutrient supplement based on the nutrient data for each individual element that makes up the diet in the quantity per meal selected from the menu and calculating the amount of the nutrient that falls short of the lower limit of the specific recommended intake; - a step of calculating the amount of added nutritional supplements, which consists of calculating the amount of added nutritional supplements consisting of at least three groups: a group including at least one or more types of vitamins having an upper tolerable intake level in accordance with the public recommended intake standards of nutrients, a group including at least one or more types of minerals having an upper tolerable intake level in accordance with the public recommended intake standards of nutrients, and a group including at least one or more types of vitamins and / or minerals that do not have an upper tolerable intake level in accordance with the public recommended intake standards of nutrients, where the nutritional supplements are added to the diet in the amount of one meal selected from the menu in such a way as to compensate for the deficiency of nutrients,calculated at the stage of calculating the deficit, and in order not to exceed the upper permissible level of the specific recommended intake; and, - a stage of obtaining a food product with nutritional additives, which consists of preparing a food product with a nutritional additive by adding nutritional additives during or after the production of at least one or more types of individual products that make up a diet in an amount per meal selected from a menu, based on the added amount calculated at the stage of calculating the amount of adding nutritional additives, in which a food product with a nutritional supplement prepared at the stage of production of a food product with a nutritional supplement is provided to the consumer directly or after cooling or freezing.
