Claims

1. An antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to CDCP1, where the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises the following heavy chain variable region (VH) and light chain variable region (VL), where the CDRs are defined in accordance with the IMGT numbering system: (1) a VH comprising the following 3 CDRs: CDR-H1 comprising the sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 11, CDR-H2 comprising the sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 48, and CDR-H3 comprising the sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 90; and VL comprising the following 3 CDRs: CDR-L1 comprising the sequence presented under SEQ ID NO: 136, CDR-L2 comprising the sequence presented under SEQ ID NO: 171, and CDR-L3 comprising the sequence presented under SEQ ID NO: 207;
