COMMUNICATION METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM

Claims

1. A communication method comprising the steps in which receiving, via the data orchestration network element, a first service request message; determining, by means of a data orchestration network element, based on the requirement information and one or more pieces of data service capability information, at least one data agent network element and operation configuration information corresponding to each of the at least one data agent network element, wherein the requirement information is a service requirement specified in the first data and determined based on a service requested by the first service request message, wherein the one or more pieces of data service capability information are in a one-to-one correspondence with the one or more data agent network elements, the at least one data agent network element is at least one of the one or more data agent network elements, the requirement information corresponds to at least one of the one or more pieces of data service capability information,and the operation configuration information of any at least one network element of the data agent indicates an operation performed by any one network element of the data agent on the first data; transmit, via the data orchestration network element, information about the operation configuration.

2. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein the first service request message is intended to request an application service or a maintenance service.

3. The communication method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first service request message is received from a service request network element, wherein the method further comprises a step of receiving, by means of the data orchestration network element, a first verification response message from the trust point, wherein the first verification response message indicates that the service request network element has permission to access the first data.

The communication method according to claim 3, further comprising the step of transmitting, by means of a data orchestration network element, a first verification request message to a trust point, wherein the first verification request message is intended to verify whether the service request network element has permission to access the first data.

A communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first service request message is received from a service request network element, wherein the method further comprises the step of transmitting, using the data orchestration network element, first communication information, wherein the first communication information indicates information about a data agent network element located in at least one data agent network element and directly interacting with the service request network element.

6. The communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising the step of receiving, via a data orchestration network element, information about the capabilities of a data service corresponding to one or more network elements of data agents.

A communication method according to any one of paragraphs 1-6, in which the information about the data service capabilities of any one or more network elements of the data agents comprises one or more of: an identifier of any one network element of the data agent, information about the location of any one network element of the data agent, data collection capabilities, data pre-processing capabilities, data storage capabilities, data reporting capabilities, data analysis capabilities, capabilities for interacting with a network element of the service request, data protection capabilities, and data compression capabilities.

The communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the operation specified in the operation configuration information comprises one or more of: data collection, data pre-processing, data protection, data storage, data analysis, and interaction with a service request network element.

The communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the requirement information comprises one or more of the following service requirements: geographic location, data collection, data pre-processing, data storage, data reporting, data analysis, interaction with a service request network element, data protection, and data compression.

10. The communication method according to any one of paragraphs 1-9, in which the information about the requirement corresponds to the identifier of the data service task.

A communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 10, further comprising the step of transmitting, via a data orchestration network element, updated information about the repository of data security and privacy protection technologies and / or updated information about the repository of analytical tools to one or more of at least one data agent network element.

12. The communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the data orchestration network element is deployed in a network service network element.

13. A communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the first data comprises: data received from a mobile communications network, or synthesized data.

A communication method comprising the steps of receiving, by means of a first network element of the data agent, operation configuration information, wherein the operation configuration information specifies an operation performed by the first network element of the data agent on the first data; performing processing, by means of the first network element of the data agent, of the first data based on the operation specified in the operation configuration information, to obtain the first information; and transmitting, by means of the first network element of the data agent, when the operation configuration information indicates that the first network element of the data agent interacts with the second network element of the data agent, the first information to the second network element of the data agent; or transmitting, by means of the first network element of the data agent, when the operation configuration information indicates that the first network element of the data agent interacts with the network element of the service request, the first information to the network element of the service request.

15. The communication method according to claim 14, wherein the operation specified in the operation configuration information comprises one or more of: data collection, data pre-processing, data protection, data storage, data analysis, and interaction with a service request network element.

The communication method according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the step of processing, by means of the first network element of the data agent, the first data based on the operation specified in the operation configuration information, to obtain the first information comprises sub-steps in which transmitting, via a first network element of the data agent, a data request message to a third network element of the data agent based on the operation configuration information, wherein the data request message is intended to request one or more of: network data, user data, Internet of Things data, and artificial intelligence model data; receiving, by means of the first network element of the data agent, a response message with data from the third network element of the data agent, wherein the response message with data comprises one or more data contained in the data request message.

17. The communication method according to claim 16, wherein the data request message further comprises security information, wherein the security information is used to verify whether the first network element of the data agent has permission to access the first data.

The communication method according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the step of processing, by the first network element of the data agent, the first data based on the operation specified in the operation configuration information, to obtain the first information comprises a sub-step of processing, by the first network element of the data agent, the second information based on the operation specified in the operation configuration information, to obtain the first information, wherein the second information is received by the first network element of the data agent, and the second information is obtained based on the first data.

The communication method according to any one of claims 14-18, further comprising the steps of receiving, by means of the first network element of the data agent, a second verification response message from the trust point, wherein the second verification response message indicates that the second network element of the data agent has permission to access the first data of the first network element of the data agent.

A communication method according to any one of claims 14-19, further comprising the step of transmitting, by means of the first network element of the data agent, a second verification request message to the trust point, wherein the second verification request message is intended to request verification of whether the second network element of the data agent has permission to access the first data of the first network element of the data agent.

21. The communication method according to any one of paragraphs 14-20, further comprising the step of transmitting, using the first network element of the data agent, information about the capabilities of the data service to the network element of the data orchestration.

The communication method according to claim 21, wherein the information about the capabilities of the data service comprises one or more of: an identifier of the first network element of the data agent, information about the location of the first network element of the data agent, the ability to collect data, the ability to pre-process data, the ability to store data, the ability to provide data reports, the ability to analyze data, the ability to interact with the network element of the service request, the ability to protect data, and the ability to compress data.

The communication method according to any one of claims 14-22, further comprising the steps of receiving, using the first network element of the data agent, updated information about the repository of data security and privacy protection technologies and / or updated information about the repository of analytical tools from the network element of the data orchestration.

24. A communication method according to any one of paragraphs 14-23, wherein the first data comprises: data received from a mobile communications network, or synthesized data.

A communication method comprising the steps of transmitting, via the service request network element, a first service request message to the data orchestration network element; receiving, via the service request network element, first information from the data agent network element, wherein the first information is obtained based on the first data.

26. The communication method according to claim 25, wherein the first service request message is used to request an application service or a maintenance service.

The communication method according to claim 25 or 26, further comprising the steps of receiving, by means of a network element of a service request, first communication information, wherein the first communication information indicates information about a network element of a data agent directly interacting with the network element of the service request.

28. The communication method according to any one of paragraphs 25-27, further comprising the step of processing, by means of a network element of a service request, first information for obtaining an application service or a maintenance service.

The communication method according to claim 28, wherein the step of processing, using the service request network element, the first information for obtaining the application service or the service comprises a sub-step of obtaining, using the service request network element, information about the abnormal behavior of the Internet of Things terminal device using the first information.

The communication method according to claim 28, wherein the step of processing, by means of a network element of a service request, the first information for obtaining an application service or a service service comprises a sub-step of predicting, by means of a network element of a service request, a quality of service using the first information and information about the configuration of parameters of an artificial intelligence model, wherein the information about the configuration of parameters of an artificial intelligence model is used for predicting the quality of service.
