Abstract
A method for testing potential inhibitors of coronavirus infection targeting condensates of the nucleocapsid protein (N-protein) of coronavirus, including obtaining condensates in eukaryotic cells expressing a fusion of the N-protein with a fluorescent protein by delivering modified RNA from the untranslated region of the viral genome to these cells, as well as their visualization and quantification of the condensates using fluorescence microscopy in the presence / absence of inhibitors.
