Claims

1. A method for controlling a beverage vending machine (2), in particular a coffee vending machine, comprising preferably a stationary administration unit (4) remote from the beverage vending machine (2), preferably a mobile control device (3) and preferably a stationary settlement unit (5), wherein information concerning each beverage is pre-loaded in the administration unit (4), wherein at the selection stage (17) the user selects a beverage using the control device (3), and at the order stage (19) transmits the order for the selected beverage from the control device (3) to the administration unit (4), at the payment stage (20) the administration unit initiates the payment process in the settlement unit (5), and the administration unit (4), after successful payment at the access opening stage (21), transmits information about the order access to the control device (3) to initiate the dispensing of the desired beverage in the beverage vending machine (2) at the activation stage (22).

2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that at the identification stage (15), preferably before the selection stage (17) or before the order stage (19), the control device (3) receives from the beverage vending machine (2) a machine-oriented identifier, in particular, wherein the machine-oriented identifier is transmitted together with the order information and / or wherein the machine-oriented identifier is read optically.

The method according to one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that at the stage of creating a connection, in particular after the identification stage (15) and / or before the selection stage (17), a control connection is established between the control device (3) and the beverage vending machine (2).

The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, at the setting stage (16), in particular before the selection stage (17), the control device (3) receives from the administration unit (4) a list of drinks available to the drinks vending machine (2) and / or for the machine-oriented identifier, in particular indicating the corresponding price and / or at least the corresponding recipe parameters.

5. The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at the verification stage (18), in particular as part of the selection stage (17), the beverage vending machine (2) transmits a verifier, in particular a one-time code, to the control device (3).

6. The method according to one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that at the order stage (19) and / or at the payment stage (20), a verifier is transmitted to the administrative block (4).

The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the administrative unit (4), at the stage of opening access (21), transmits a preferably encrypted verifier to the control device (3), in particular, wherein the control device (3) transmits the verifier preferably automatically further to the beverage vending machine (2).

8. The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the beverage vending machine (2) at the activation stage (22) checks the verifier transmitted by the control device (3) before the selected beverage is received.

9. The method according to one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that at the payment stage (20) a payment request is received from the settlement unit (5) to the control device (3), in particular, with the help of the administrative unit (4).

The method according to one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that in the administration block (4) before the payment stage (20), in particular for a beverage vending machine and / or a machine-oriented identifier, a check is performed on the need to perform the payment process, in particular, the payment stage (20) is skipped if there is no need to pay.
