Claims

1. A pharmaceutical composition for nasal use containing a complex of active ingredients and a complex of auxiliary components, including a pH-regulating agent, a fatty base, essential oils, an antioxidant, an emulsifier and water, wherein the complex of active ingredients includes xylometazoline hydrochloride and xylometazoline hydrochloride ionically bound to an anionic polymer, and the components of the pharmaceutical composition are contained in the following ratio per 10 ml of solution, mg: xylometazoline hydrochloride 0,0015-0,006 ionically bound xylometazoline hydrochloride 0,0025-0,01 anionic polymer 0,005-0,02 pH adjusting agent 0,00025-0,001 fatty base 0,5-2,0 essential oils 0,05-0,2 antioxidant 0,075 – 0,3 emulsifier 0,025-0,1 distilled water the rest up to 10 ml 2. A method for producing a pharmaceutical composition for nasal use according to claim 1, comprising the following steps: A) preparation of a component - ionically bound xylometazoline hydrochloride with an anionic polymer, which consists of dispersing the anionic polymer in water and adding a pH regulating agent until the pH of the solution is in the range from 6.5 to 8.0, and then adding a solution of xylometazoline hydrochloride and obtaining an opalescent solution of the ion-pair bound component; B) preparation of the component - xylometazoline hydrochloride, which consists of producing a micellar emulsion of essential oils and an antioxidant in water with the addition of a fat base and an emulsifier and adding xylometazoline hydrochloride to it, which remains non-ionically bound; B) obtaining the final composite composition, which consists of combining the obtained components into a common container, dispersing them, and adjusting the pH by adding the required additional amount of a pH-regulating agent to a value of 6.5-7.5.
