Claims
A method for predicting the likelihood of developing cognitive impairment in patients with COVID-19 by collecting socio-demographic data, a history of concomitant diseases and determining the respiratory rate, characterized in that the age of the patient with COVID-19 is recorded A in years, the presence of comorbidity X1 is recorded as the fact of having at least one of the following concomitant diseases: diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, adrenal disease, obesity, the level of education is recorded and the indicator X3 is set equal to 1 - in the presence of secondary or secondary vocational education and equal to 0 - with a different level of education, the respiratory rate is determined and the indicator X2 is set equal to 1 - with a respiratory rate of more than 22 per minute and equal to 0 - with a respiratory rate of 22 per minute or less, then the value Z is calculated using the formula Z=-3.202+1.91⋅X1+2.488⋅X2+2.671⋅X3+0.051⋅A, after which the probability of developing cognitive impairment is predicted using the formula P = 1 / (1 + e ∧ (−Z).
