Claims
A test system for the species identification of parasitic nematodes, including a buffer for carrying out the polymerase chain reaction, a mixture for carrying it out, consisting of deoxynucleoside triphosphates, characterized in that it includes a pair of synthetic oligonucleotide primers: forward primer: 5'- GGCTGTAGGTGAACGTGCTGCAAG -3'; Reverse primer: 5'- TTCCTCTGCTTACTGGGATGCTTAAGTTCAG -3' and fluorescent probe for M. incognita: (FAM) CCCGGCAATGTTCCAAATCTTTAAGCGGG (BHQ1).
