Claims

1. N2V-based qubits 0 -centers in diamond, characterized by the fact that the diamond sample contains impurity-defective N2V 0 - centers in a neutral charge state, consisting of two nitrogen atoms and a vacancy in which two donor electrons from nitrogen atoms are localized, and a source of optical pumping in the range of the phonon wing of N2V absorption 0 -centers, characterized in that they form a solid-state quantum processor for performing quantum computations.

2. Qubits according to item 1, characterized in that N2V 0 - centers in a diamond sample are produced by radiation-thermal treatment: successive irradiation with high-energy electrons and annealing at temperatures up to 1700°C.

3. Qubits according to claim 1, characterized in that the diamond sample contains substitutional nitrogen, NV 0 - and N2V 0 - centers that have a neutral charge state and emit different spectral wavelengths.
