Claims

1. A catalytic neutralizer of exhaust gases, comprising a housing with inlet and outlet pipes and a system for catalytic purification of exhaust gases placed therein, characterized in that the catalytic purification system is an open-cell porous aluminum block with an open porous structure that forms through channels in the space of the block, predominantly oriented in the direction of the flow of the gas being purified, and a thermally stable catalytically active component distributed in the walls of the channels and distributed in its structure, obtained as a result of the following operations: a) the operation of grinding the heat-stable catalytic component to a powdery state with a particle size of 0.1-1.0 μm, b) the operation of mixing a heat-stable catalytic component with microspherical aluminum with a particle size of 1-10 μm, c) the operation of melting microspherical aluminum with a heat-stable catalytic component distributed in it in the form of a block corresponding in size to the working space of the housing, d) introduction of filler into the melt and cooling of the blank of the catalytic cleaning system, d) removal of filler from the workpiece, f) heat treatment of the workpiece.

2. A catalytic converter according to paragraph 1, characterized in that platinum, or palladium, or oxides of copper, iron, nickel, manganese, chromium, cobalt, or mixtures thereof are used as the thermally stable catalytically active component.

3. A catalytic converter according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the heat treatment of the workpiece is carried out at a temperature of 400-500°C.
